Come join us this Wednesday at 5 when we talk about our December Holidays (Hanukkah, Christmas & Kwanzaa, for example), how we’ve celebrated them in the past and our plans for this year. We'll also discuss our favorite foods and try to answer the age old question "How does one eat healthy in December?”
