Come join us this Monday at 6 pm when we get together and start our celebration of the holidays. First we’ll share our feelings about this time of year—be they positive, negative or in-between. Secondly, we’ll also share memories of past celebrations (ours & GAAMC’s) and discuss our plans for this year.

As a finale, we'll whet our appetites by watching a holiday cooking show where bakers create, and are judged, on their Christmas desserts. Then we'll discuss our favorite foods and try to answer the age old question "How does one eat healthy in December?”
