Building Rainbow Resilience: An Positive Solution-Based Approach to Liberation and Well-Being

This presentation introduces participants to a solution-based approach to living.   Using a conscious practice of unconditional living (starting with self), participants will learn new ways of thinking, feeling, and doing that optimize personal and relational wellness and growth.  Participants will learn theoretical and empirically driven strategies, tools, and tips that can open up the gateways to empowerment, and holistic well-being. From a positive-solution-oriented space and place, we can cultivate peace, love, and understanding and sow the seeds of a compassionate resilient society where love knows no bounds.
