Our closet doors will open at 6:30 PM just like they do every Monday evening.  

Alice will lead the discussion this week in our Open Talk, to be held in the Library from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

After a short intermission, we will gather in the Terrace Room for a demonstration of some of the many uses for pots broadly called "rice cookers."  Virtually every kitchen small appliance brand and every television chef has released their versions of these super convenient devices.  And, with so many of us living alone, and on ever more restrictive diets, it seems only fitting that we explore some inexpensive, easy, healthy meals that we can prepare in one pot, with the push of one button, for ourselves and maybe even a guest or two.
