On September 11th, 1972, four YOUNG friends got together at the Morristown Unitarian Fellowship to hold the first meeting of the Gay Activist Alliance in Morris County. 

On September 11, 2017, we will gather for a casual, loving and uplifting dinner at a local diner to celebrate our 45th (Sapphire) Anniversary. 

We may have a slide show of images from the past four and a half decades, and we'll definitely have cake! But, don't expect long-winded speeches, awards, or formalities...just some friends and neighbors celebrating each other and their commitment to community. 

Since we must provide the number of guests to the diner, for reserving the private dining room, we are charging a non-refundable $4.50 reservation fee. $4.00 of each reservation will be used as a tip for our waitstaff, so you don't have to worry about calculating tips when splitting the checks.
