Come join us as we discuss how to read poems. We’ll learn about the different kinds of literary analysis and apply them to famous poems and poems that are relevant to older people, LGBTQ+ individuals, and other disenfranchised groups. Examples will include several Shakespearean sonnets, a T.S. Eliot poem, and an Anne Sexton poem.  Please bring a writing instrument. We will provide copies of the poems and sheets with questions that will help you learn more easily. 

Refreshments will be provided, and a small donation is asked to contribute to our use of the Fellowship. You're also welcome to join a group at a local diner afterward to continue the camaraderie!
