Services

GAAMC has a wide variety of services to offer in addition to our weekly Monday evening meetings. A list of some of them and a brief description follow. If you are interested in volunteering for any of them, please check our "Volunteer Opportunities" link.
Challenge - the GAAMC newsletter. Find news and articles of interest on current events happening at GAAMC, in New Jersey and around the USA. Challenge also publishes poems, editorials, contact information and events for other groups and much more.
Pride Guide - is our annual guide to "Gay New Jersey". Whether you want a listing of the various gay and gay-friendly vendors and professional services available in the state, or to read the various editorials and news articles, the Pride Guide is for you. Best of all, its FREE! You can read more detailed information about the Pride Guide by clicking here.
Speaker's Bureau - is a group of trained GAAMC volunteers who go to invited venues to speak about what it's like to be gay. It's kind of a "Gay 101" course. The volunteers field questions and enlighten many groups each year, including high school and college classes, civic groups and more. Contact the Bureau at SpeakersBureau@gaamc.org.
GALY-NJ - stands for Gay and Lesbian Youth - New Jersey. GALY was for young people between 16 and 21 years old who identify themselves and gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, or in questioning. GALY-NJ has outlived its need, and recently closed its meeting doors as youth has found new ways of finding and relating to eachother in a healthy way.
